Directions
For adult use: Take 2 caplets 20-30 minutes before lunch with 8 ounces of water and 2 caplets 20-30 minutes before dinner with 8 ounces of water, per day. Drink at least 4-6 additional glasses of water through they day. Store in a cool, dry place.
