Directions Take each dose with 8 oz. of liquid. Adult dose: Begin with 2 caplets and may be increased up to 4 as needed with 8 ounces of liquid. Not to exceed 12 caplets per day. Two adult doses of Citrucel Caplets (4 caplets) equals one scoop of Citrucel Powder. Children (6-12 years): Take one caplet with 8 ounces of liquid, up to six times per day. Not to exceed 6 caplets per day. The dosage requirement may vary according to the severity of constipation. Drinking another glass of water is helpful. Children under 6 years: consult a physician. Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See warnings.
