Safety Information
It is very important to read the accompanying literature regarding proper use of this product. Consult your health care provider if you experience rectal bleeding or continued failure to have a bowel movement. Keep out of reach of children. Not for long term use. Tamper evident: Do not use this product if the outer neck band or inner seal are broken. This product contains cascara sagrada bark. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, or have a medical condition, please consult your physician before using this product.
Directions
*Multi-Herb™ and Multi-Fiber™ were designed to be taken together in the morning and evening as a complete internal cleanser. Start with 1 tablet of both products in the morning and 1 tablet of both products in the evening, increasing intake of both products by 1 tablet every other day until you achieve 2-3 bowel movements per day. Once you find the correct number of tablets, you can continue with that amount for enhanced internal cleansing. Do not exceed 6 tablets of each product twice per day. Take only as much product as is needed to achieve 2-3 good bowel movements per day. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
