Directions
As a dietary supplement take one (1) ounce just before bedtime on an empty stomach, at least 3 hours after your last meal or snack. (Food in your stomach will interfere with absorption of BioSculpt™) It is important that you drink at least 8 glasses of water every day to help cleanse your system of toxins being released and to maximize BioSculpt™ effectiveness. If your weight loss goal is 30 pounds or more, you may double the dosage to two (2) ounces. To maximize this product's effectiveness and promote overall good health, we recommend that you eat sensibly and exercise on a regular basis. Maintenance Dosage: Once you have achieved your fat loss goal you may reduce the dosage to 1/2 ounce each night. Shake well before each use. Refrigerate after opening. Keep container closed tightly. Store in a cool, dry place.
