Directions
Basic 3™ - Provides essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants: As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets per day. Essential Oils™ - Omega 3 and Omega-6 Fatty Acids: As a dietary supplement, take 2 softgels per day with meals. Dieters' Advantage™: As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets one hour before meals or exercise, twice daily. Accel™ - Ephedrine-free thermogenic formula to enhance fat loss*: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet one hour before each meal with at least 8 ounces of water, three times daily.
