Product Description Fiber Perfect is a combination of natural dietary fibers, green algae, botanicals, organic acids and the cell walls of beneficial lactic acid bacteria. Fiber Perfect promotes normal bowel function, increases stool bulk and the growth of beneficial intestinal microflora. Fibers Psyllium, Inulin-FOS, and beet fiber promote normal bowel function and help friendly bacterial growth. Chlorella and Botanicals Yaeyama chlorella, fennel seed, rhubarb root, dandelion, ginger root, slippery elm bark and peppermint leaves promote regular bowel function and soothe the digestive tract. Metabolin Beneficial metabolites and cell walls of lactic and propionic acid producing bacteria. These beneficial bacterial compounds help balance intestinal microflora, which may reduce the accumulation of toxins and the production of gas. Directions Take 3-6 capsules approximately 1/2 hour before breakfast with a full glass of water. You may repeat 3-6 capsules approximately 2 hours after dinner, again with a full glass of water. Begin with fewer capsules and increase gradually as needed, or as directed by your qualified health consultant. Fiber products must be taken with adequate water.
