Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing, if you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, see immediate medical attention. Do not use laxative product when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of 2 weeks, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than one week unless directed by a doctor. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of laxatives may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. Store at controlled room temperature 59 to 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C). Protect from moisture. Drug Interaction Warnings Contains calcium. If you are taking any form of tetracycline antibiotic or a quinolone antibiotic (ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, norfloxacin, levofloxacin, trovafloxacin, grepafloxacin) , this product should be taken at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after you have taken the antibiotic. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. (See warnings) Adults : 2 tablets 1 to 4 times a day. (The recommended adult starting dose is 2 to 4 tablets daily. This may be increased up to 8 tablets daily.) Children 6 to 12 years: 1 tablet 1 to 3 times a day. Under 6 years consult a physician.
