It clears and stimulates the mind, aids concentration and calms the nerves. It isxcellent for motion sickness, headaches, even migraines and nausea. Has anti-septic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory properties, among others. Because of its decongestant action, peppermint is a FDA approved remedy for the common cold.
