1. It's a water bottle. It's a pill box. It's a mystery, but we like it.
2. The 21-oz plastic bottle is 8-1/4" tall x 3" dia with an attached, gasketed screw cap.
3. (The cap and neck can be pulled off to reveal an inside bottle, for reasons we know not.)
4. The bottom of the bottle twists off and has a pinwheel-shaped 7-day pillbox with snap-closed covers for each day.
5. In two-tone blue plastic, it's a way to carry your pills and have the water to swallow them at the same time.
