3. Pine Tar and Charcoal are what give this salve its dark rich color and robust aromatic scent. Pine tar resin is a "love it or hate it" scent due to its complex woody leather scent.
4. So much pride and detail goes into every step of our handmade process. From the garden to our finished product...we are passionately involved. Here's the process: We first solar infuse our oils with dried/organic medicinal herbs (reducing electricity waste). Steeping for weeks at a low temp to retain medicinal properties otherwise lost during this volatile process. Next, we melt our beewax (no petroleum products used) and other ingredients down and handpour each product here at the farm.
