Ingredients Kosher Coconut and/or Palm Kernel Glycerine, Distilled Water, Skullcap Herb, Chamomile Flowers, Valerian Root, Fennel Seed, Hops Strobiles, Catnip Herb, Citric Acid Directions Take directly or mix drops in small amount of pure water or juice and drink.
