Keep out of the reach of children. Product Description Daily Fiber?Formula, Orange Flavor provides a concentrated source of all five dietary fiber types. A daily fiber intake of at least 25 grams is recommended for good health, but on average people consume only 10 to 15 grams. A complete fiber blend like Daily Fiber Formula Orange helps promote regularity and digestive health through the benefits of both soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. Ingredients Nutrition information per 15 gram serving (1 rounded teaspoon): Fiber: 3.5 grams (approx. 3 grams soluble and 0.5 grams insoluble) Calories: 40 calories Potassium: 18 mg Calcium: 8 mg Sodium: Sodium free (Less than 5 mg) Fructose, psyllium seed husks, acacia gum, natural orange flavor, oat bran, barley bran, citric acid, fruit pectin, annatto-turmeric color. Directions Adults and Children over 12: 1 rounded tablespoon, one to three times a day. Children 6-12: 1 rounded teaspoon, one to three times a day. See Directions. Directions: Start by taking 1 serving each day. Gradually increase to 3 servings per day as needed. Stir powder briskly into at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of juice, water or other fluid. Drink immediately. Drinking additional liquid is helpful. If minor gas or bloating occurs, reduce the amount you take until your system adjusts.
